Christmas and New Year's wrap up

As usual, Christmas was very busy and hectic, but it was wonderful getting to see family. We awakened Christmas morning very early and Santa toys were there! He played for a little while and then we went down to Phenix City. The fun started at MiMi's house where we opened presents. Then on to MeeMaw and PawPaw's house where we had brunch and opened presents there. Next we hit the road again headed to Aunt Betty's house for more food and presents and then on to nana's house to have Christmas with her. FINALLY around 8:30pm, we headed back to MiMi's house to swap presents with Mammy and Poppie. It was a LONG and BUSY day. We stayed in Phenix City until that Friday and then came back home. On Saturday, McSon had a birthday party to attend so we went there for a couple hours. On New Year's Eve, me and McDaddy went to the Mellow Mushroom for dinner and the FSU game. Then off to the Georgia Dome for the Chick-fil-a bowl featuring AUBURN vs. Clemson. Auburn won in overtime and we left the Dome getting on Marta around 11:30. We ended up ringing in the new year on the northbound train with a bunch of Auburn and Clemson fans. It was a blast though. Here is to a wonderful 2008 and may God bless us all!!
