Our McSon is growing up way too quickly. It makes me happy but sad at the same time. He loves playing "Firetruck" where he and his daddy put on their fire hats and read his Driving the Fire Truck Book. He can say his ABC's, count to 10, knows his colors, and makes me laugh so hard at times I feel guilty for getting on to him. He finally was able to meet his future girlfriend/wife the other day. 
It was great for Stephanie and Ava to meet us in Newnan. I miss them SO much!
Now I just need to figure out when to see my Carmen! I get to see Juli in November and hopefully Beth will come out from California sometime soon (hopefully the Falcons thing pans out)! We are headed to the Auburn game this weekend and I just can't wait! Fall is my favorite time of year. The smell of tailgates early in the morning mixed with that wonderful smell of burbon and coke! Hopefully I'll get to see Korky who I haven't seen since '96! I'll post pictures next week. Gotta love long weekends!

You are just the dearest friend anyone could ask for...I certainly miss you more than you will ever know. Thank goodness for the phone/internet. Cody is just awesome - you and Dennis are doing a fabulous job raising him in a loving and nurturing home. I love reading your family blog!
